Product Review: Aleia's Chocolate Chip Cookies

The last time Teresa and I were in Roanoke, I discovered a very delicious gluten free cookie over at The Fresh Market.

Aleia's "A World Without Gluten" are very expensive (I haven't seen them for less than $7.99 anywhere), but they are very good! Not only did the cookies smell delicious upon opening the bag, they tasted amazing, were nice and crunchy (although soft chocolate chip cookies certainly have their yummy place!), and very chocolatey!

They reminded both of us of "Chips Ahoy!", only tastier, and with better ingredients.

They do contain eggs, milk ingredients, and soy, and are manufactured in a facility that processes peanuts and tree nuts.

I would love to try her other flavors (especially the Peanut Butter ones!), but, sadly, they are simply too cost prohibitive at this time.

Have you tried any of Aleia's products? If so, which ones and what did you think?
